Overview: Founders Fuel offers subscription-based products to provide our customers with convenient and recurring deliveries. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Subscription Details

  • Automatic Renewals: When you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

  • Payment Information: Your payment details will be stored securely. Each renewal payment will be automatically processed using the payment method on file. To update your payment method, please visit your account settings or contact us at help@foundersfuel.com.

  • Subscription Modifications: You may modify your subscription preferences, such as frequency or quantity, at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

  • Promotional Offers: Any promotional pricing or discounts applied to the initial subscription order will not apply to subsequent renewals unless explicitly stated.

2. Subscription Management

  • Access to Manage Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website. Alternatively, you may email us at help@foundersfuel.com for assistance.

  • Notifications: We will send a reminder email prior to your next subscription renewal, outlining the upcoming charge and delivery schedule.

3. Returns and Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Subscription products can only be refunded if they are defective or if an incorrect item was shipped. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a refund or return under our Refund Policy.
