Refund Policy
To submit a request for a refund, please email us at Legal@foundersfuel.co. We will notify you once we’ve researched your inquiry and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Important Notes:
Refunds will only be given for defective or incorrect products received. We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used unless a defect is identified.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please take pictures of your order and send them to Legal@foundersfuel.co.
You must notify us of any damages or issues within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will not be liable for any damages or issues reported after this period.ExchangesWe do not provide exchanges.
However, if you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.
